What does psychotherapy look like with a naturopath?
In addition to the medical profession with a license to practice medicine, medical practice in Germany has only been legally possible since 1939 with permission under the Heilpraktikergesetz.
Naturopaths for psychotherapy are as free as possible in their choice of practicing psychotherapeutic procedures and are not bound by the Psychotherapists Act.
The alternative practitioner is just as subject to the duty of care towards his patients as the doctor.
